At HG Shopping the satisfaction of our customers is highly valued. If for any reason you are not satisfied with one of our products and you want to return it, we have an easy to follow return policy, with some simple rules:
1. Return authorization: before making the return please contact us to get your return authorization number. We cannot accept returns without an authorization number.
2. Time frame: all returns must be made within 30 days from the date the goods were received.
3. Packing: the goods must be in their original packing. We cannot give any credit for items that are not returned in the manufacturer’s packing.
4. Transport: transport fees for returns are paid by the customer.
5. Other fees: we will deduct a restocking fee of 15% from the whole purchased amount.
We will accept as returns only items that are new and have not been installed, used or modified, complete with all the accessories. Manufacturing defects must be claimed within 7 days from the delivery date. The warranty time for all our products is one year.
Important notice: please open all the boxes and check the packages for damages as soon as they arrive. In order to get a reimbursement in such cases, you must claim the damage to us within 3 days of UPS/FedEx delivery. In case of large package deliveries, it is especially important to inspect them for damages upon arrival. Any damage must be noted on the bill of landing when signing for the delivery and reported to HG Shopping within 48 hours. If the product is visibly damaged you may refuse the delivery. Goods damaged during the transport will be replaced by HG Shopping at no additional cost.
